As a product designer, I've always had a soft spot for building my designs especially websites. It really is not compulsory to know how to code but these days it's an added advantage according to recruiters. LOL.
Signing up for the training.zuri.team was a game changer or so I thought...not until I joined the slack channel and saw over 17k fellow learners and 5k in my class alone. Boy, it was overwhelming and discouraging but you know what? I've come to learn and learn I must.
The orientation given by the mentors helped put things in perspective for me and to crown it all, I can learn at my own pace. This was satisfying as learning programming while having backlog of designs to do can be really not too nice.
So far the experience have been amazing, I've made new friends and I'm willing to put myself out there to not just learn frontend, but be really good at it.
And oh, the materials on their blog - zuri.team/articles is a must read for everyone.
